With over 15 years of experience in emotional wellbeing and mental health, coaching, mentoring and volunteering – my courses are thought provoking and insightful. I provide accredited First Aid for Mental Health training to individuals, groups, organisations and businesses in Surrey and Hampshire. I will happily travel across the UK if you have a group you’d like to train and prefer me to come to your facilities.
I feel passionate about positive mental health and equipping people in businesses with the confidence and skills to support others around them during times of ‘less than ideal’ mental health. Most people can learn the necessary skills to support, listen and walk alongside somebody who is facing a struggle, or even a crisis. In doing so they can help to speed up a person’s recovery and prevent a mental health issue from getting worse.
These First Aid for Mental Health Qualifications are for you and your team if you want well trained and OfQual qualified professionals in your workplace, these qualifications are you and your team if you care about CERTIFICATIONS and SUPPORT, these qualifications are for you if you value face to face training with quality assessments and checks.
